Overview
Etmaam was built for Almajdiah Group to stop running real-estate operations across spreadsheets and email. The platform centralizes property and unit records, ownership and contracts, sales and leasing workflows, maintenance requests, and administrative approvals. Staff get a single place to track project status, tenant and buyer information, and operational data. I worked on the full lifecycle: domain modeling, role-based workflows, and the backend that keeps those departments in sync.
What I built
